“The most important tool, the No. 1 quality of a great negotiator is empathy. Whether you’re negotiating a financial transaction, whether you’re negotiating conflict, whether you’re negotiating something horrendous or something benign, it all boils down to how well you can see the world the way they’re seeing it.”    –Deepak Malhotra, Harvard Business School

ONLINE MEDIATION AND ACCESS TO JUSTICE

The COVID-19 crisis does not mean your clients have to wait indefinitely to mediate their matters. Many clients will benefit from having one less issue on their minds, and some may welcome a settlement in austere times.

Online dispute resolution is a well established method of mediating. Everyone participates from the relative safety of their homes and offices, but still see and hear each other speak. Online software makes it possible to seamlessly move from joint sessions to private sessions. Ring or email me for further information.
