Kerry Hogan-Ross Mediations
With more than 35 years experience in litigation and resolving disputes, Kerry brings empathy, knowledge, fairness and balance to her mediation practice.
She has been an independent mediator since 2013 and is accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System.
With New South Wales courts increasingly requiring joint expert reports, as a neutral party, Kerry facilitates expert conclaves and assists the experts in finalising the joint report.
Kerry brings her expertise for parties who wish to resolve a costs dispute quickly and cost-effectively through mediation.
Kerry is a Teaching Fellow at the University of New South Wales. She teaches the intensive Mediation in Practice course to undergraduate and Masters law students. Each year she coaches the UNSW student team for the international CDRC mediation competition in Vienna. In 2026 Kerry’s team won the competition.

Online Mediation
Online dispute resolution is a well established method of mediating. Anyone can participate from their homes and offices, but still see and hear everyone else. Online platforms like Zoom and Microsoft teams software makes it possible to seamlessly move from joint sessions to private sessions. Ring or email me for further information.
